General business and delivery terms

1. general
By placing an order, the customer accepts these
general business and delivery terms.
Regarding price, delivery periods and delivery possibilities, our offers are
always subject to alteration. A contract is concluded not before reception of
the order confirmation or the delivery from Ping Pong.
The delivery is carried out as long as the stock lasts. Ping Pong doesnt assume any liability for unavailability of goods
ordered by the customer.

By placing an order, the customer accepts, that all business
are under german law and warranty rules.

property until the complete payment.
3. delivery terms
3.1. The following conditions apply to orders from the area of the EU:
For orders up to EUR 150.00, we charge EUR
10.00 for postage and packing. For orders up to EUR
300.00 the postage and packing charge amounts to EUR
6,25. Orders exceeding EUR
300.00
will be delivered freight paid.
3.1.1 Customer from Sweden
For all goods, that will be shipped to Sweden, you have to
pay 25% VAT instead of the 19% German VAT.
3.1.2 Customer from Finland
For all goods, that will be shipped to Finland, you have to
pay 22% VAT instead of the 19% German VAT.
3.1.3 Customer from Spain
For all goods, that will be shipped to Spain, you have to
pay 16% VAT instead of the 19% German VAT.
3.2. The following conditions apply to orders from non-EU countries within
Europe:
For all orders we charge EUR
25.00 for postage and packing.
Customs duties and/or import levies are to be paid by the customer respectively
by the receiver of the delivery.
3.3. The following conditions apply to orders from rest of the world (USA and
Canada are excluded):
Freight cost will be calculated individual and can be asked from the
customer support.

3.4. Delivery abroad is carried out only at payment with credit card.
Bulky goods (furniture etc.) are excluded from the transportation costs
mentioned under item 3. In such cases, Ping Pong will
calculate the packing and transportation costs according to measurements, weight
and properties of the goods to be delivered and will tell the customer the
amount before delivery.
4. delivery time
The delivery time is 2-4 weeks
as far as not indicated differently. All delivery times are non-committal.
Nevertheless, Ping Pong will take any effort to
deliver in time. In case the delivery time, however, is exceeded, the customer
is not authorized to return the product or to claim compensation.
5. right of return/complaints
If the customer shouldnt be satisfied with an article, he can return it
within 14 days upon receipt of the delivery. Postage costs for returned goods up
to an order value of EUR 40.00 are to be covered by the customer.
7. pricing and payment
All prices include the legal value added tax. The payment is carried out by
paypal, credit card or payment in advance. For reminders, we charge EUR 2.50 plus the
current interest rate.
7. miscellaneous
We dont assume any liability for misprints.
Place of fulfilment and exclusive legal venue and for all disputes from this contract is our place of business, provided that from the confirmation of order nothing else arises.
8. privacy policy
All personal data are dealt confidentially.
Data necessary to maintain the business relationship will be stored and, if
necessary to carry out the order, passed on to collaborating enterprises. We
further keep data interchange with credit information enterprises for credit
verification.
