Summer footmuff

Added warmth for those slightly cooler summer days. This
lighter weight footmuff has a removable upper part which
means it can also be used as a comfortable seat pad for the
pushchair.

All footmuffs are safely fixed to the pushchair seat with a
5-point safety harness.
