For superior safety the ISOFIT system anchors the KIDFIX SICT directly to the cars ISOFIX connection points. Side Impact Cushion Technology (SICT) is comprised of air-filled, energy management cushions that reduce side impact crash energy by over 25%* for the child in the seat. It is important to note that the cushions do not deploy like airbags and are maintenance free. The KIDFIX SICT is a very safe and comfortable seat for the older child with a recline facility and our unique ISOFIT system which anchors the child seat directly to the car for superior protection. The seat is anchored to the car via the standard ISOFIX system and the child is secured in the seat with the 3-point seat belt. The KIDFIX SICT can also be installed with a 3-point seat belt.
