Order and Shipping information

We ship in every country in the world.(but not USA and Canada)
You can order over our webside, by phone or fax. (numbers see contact informations). The delivery time is shown on our Homepage or contact our customer service. All delivery times without guarantee.

payment informations

We actually offer 4 different different payment options:

Credit Card prepay VISA, MASTERCARD
Payment will be proceed directly online when you place the order.

Credit Card offline (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
The payment will be done from the submitted credit card when the order is been dispatched.

PayPal
Payment will be done by paypal directly in the oder checkout. Further informations can be found on www.paypal.com

payment in advance by banktransfer
The amount must be transfered directly to our german bank account. The full payment is required before your order will be send. Please note that you have to cover all cost for the remittance. All required informations will be submitted in the order confirmation mail

postage and packing cost

European Union:
cost for shipping 15 EUR

Europe - Non European Union incl. Russia:
cost for shipping 60,00 EUR(20 Kg), the second parcel 30 EUR(20 Kg) for one order( you will get notified , if more than one parcel )

rest of world:
shipping cost will be submitted at request

Tax and VAT information

European Union:
All prices includes the german VAT (19%). As an citizen of the EU you have to pay the german VAT. You dont have to pay additional taxes or toll costs.

Customer from Spain have to pay their local VAT (18%) instead.
Customer from Sweden have to pay their local VAT (25%) instead.
Customer from Finland have to pay their local VAT (23%) instead. The prices  will be shown after you have logged in.

Non EU countrys/other world:
The prices on our webside are inclusive german VAT(19%). The VAT will be removed in the order process/or after you have logged in. Please note that Customs duties and/or import levies are to be paid by the customer respectively by the receiver of the delivery. For more information contact you local customhouse or our customer service.

Warranty informations

All business and warranty under german law only !

You have 24 month warranty, if no otherwise is declared in the article description.
In an warranty case contact us, because were the only one who is resposible for your warranty reparation. The further handling depends on the defect you have. The cost for sending parts or new product will be payed by us, if its an warranty occasion. For details contact our customer support.
